Rule one
Timing
The detailed clean happens after heavy work, painting and installations are done. Book it earlier and you pay to clean the same room twice.
Process
Two rules decide the order of everything we touch, and a third decides when we arrive. Here is the whole method, phase by phase.
Dust falls and feet track, so we work with gravity and toward the exit. That is the entire idea.
Everything else on this page follows from them.
Rule one
The detailed clean happens after heavy work, painting and installations are done. Book it earlier and you pay to clean the same room twice.
Rule two
Ceilings, cornices and light fittings first. Skirtings and floors last. Whatever we knock loose falls onto a surface we have not done yet.
Rule three
Back of each room toward the exit, with the route out protected. Nobody walks back over a floor we have finished.
Phase 1
Booked once framing, electrical and plumbing pass inspection. The point is not a clean building. The point is a clear one, so the finishing trades can do good work.
Usually 1 to 2 days on a standard house.
Phase 2
The long pass. A crew takes one room at a time, top to bottom, and the room is signed off before anyone moves to the next one.
Usually 1 to 3 days on a standard house.
Phase 3
Dust keeps settling for weeks after the trades leave. This last pass is the difference between a clean site and a clean home, and it is the one most crews skip.
Usually 3 to 7 days on a standard house, depending on how much still needs finishing.
Four steps, one point of contact, no chasing.
Step 1
Tell us the address, the stage of the build and the handover date. Two minutes on the phone or one form.
Step 2
Free, anywhere in Gauteng. We measure the square metres and see what the trades left behind.
Step 3
A fixed quote in Rand with the scope, the crew size and the finish date on the same page.
Step 4
The crew works the checklist, then we walk it with you and fix anything on your list before invoicing.
One crew.
You get one contact and one team. Nobody new turns up on the last day and has to be told how the site works.
We can run the rough clean alongside them. The detailed clean needs the room to itself, otherwise we are cleaning behind someone who is still making dust.
Yes, any hours. On occupied buildings and retail fit-outs it is usually the only way to hit an opening date.
Water, power, access and somewhere to park the bakkie. We bring everything else, including HEPA vacuums, ladders, scrapers and cleaners.
Crews are trained on which tool touches which surface, and we test any scraper or chemical in a hidden corner first. New tile, screed and stainless all mark differently.
We walk the site with you at the end. Anything on your list gets fixed before we invoice, and if something turns up later, call us and we come back.
Tell us the handover date and we will tell you which cleans you need and when.
