Every pass, priced and written down.

Book one phase or the whole run. Below is what each service covers, what it does not, and when in the build it belongs.

Every quote is fixed in Rand before the first day, so the invoice matches the number you agreed to.

The three cleans.

Most sites need all three. Which ones you book depends on how far the build has gone.

Phase 1

Rough clean

Booked once framing, electrical and plumbing pass inspection.

  • Offcuts, packaging and rubble cleared out
  • Heavy dust swept and vacuumed off every level
  • Stickers and protective film off windows and frames
  • Floors swept clear for the finishing trades

Phase 2

Final clean

The detailed pass after painting and installations are done.

  • Ceilings, walls, vents, fixtures and skirtings detailed
  • Paint, adhesive and silicone spotted off every surface
  • Kitchens and bathrooms washed and sanitised
  • Glass polished streak-free, floors finished last

Phase 3

Touch-up clean

The last pass in move-in week, after the site has stood still.

  • Settled dust off every horizontal surface
  • Glass and mirrors re-polished
  • Marks from late deliveries removed
  • Final walk with you before handover

This is the list we sign off room by room. Nothing on it is an extra.

  • Ceilings, cornices, light fittings and extractor vents dusted
  • Walls wiped, scuffs and hand marks removed
  • Skirtings, door frames, handles and switches detailed
  • Paint flecks, adhesive, silicone and stickers scraped off
  • Windows, frames, tracks and sills cleaned inside and out
  • Cupboards, closets and drawers wiped inside and out
  • Kitchen surfaces, sinks and taps washed and polished dry
  • Appliance film peeled, ovens and fridges wiped out
  • Bathrooms sanitised, grout and glass descaled
  • Floors HEPA-vacuumed, then scrubbed, mopped or polished
  • Balconies, stoeps and entrances swept and washed
  • All our own rubble and packaging removed from site

Window cleaning

Labels, paint and cement splash off the glass, frames and tracks included.

Floor care

Scrubbing, stripping, sealing and polishing for tile, screed and vinyl.

Rubble removal

Loaded, hauled and disposed of, with the load size agreed up front.

Pressure washing

Paving, driveways, walls and boundary surfaces after the trucks leave.

Upholstery and carpets

Deep extraction for anything that lived on site through the build.

Multi-unit turnovers

Whole floors or estate phases on a rolling schedule, unit by unit.

Night and weekend crews

For occupied buildings and fit-outs that cannot lose trading hours.

Standing schedules

A fixed crew and a fixed rate for contractors who build all year.

What we do not do.

The following work falls outside our cleaning service.

  • We do not repair, touch up paint, or refit anything the trades left undone
  • We do not move heavy furniture or equipment without it being agreed first
  • We do not clean while other trades are still working in the same room
  • We do not remove hazardous material, asbestos or site chemicals

Priced on square metres and stage.

Three things move the number: how many square metres, how far the build has gone, and how much rubble is still on site. We walk it, measure it and give you one fixed figure in Rand.
